Multi-Peptide Targeted Lipid Nanoparticles (tLNPs) for Cell-Specific Targeting

- Exploit multivalent super-selectivity, where multiple binders cooperatively engage cells with a distinct fingerprint (e.g. high receptor density and/or a distinct combination of receptors)
- Overcome off-target toxicity that limits current targeted modalities, enabling true cell-specific delivery and unlocking extrahepatic applications beyond the liver
- Establish a versatile, scalable platform leveraging linear peptides amenable to one-pot synthesis to target multiple receptors at once across diverse disease indications
